Job Description
Your main mission will be to ensure the robustness, functionality and durability of components and assembly processes, while supporting production and the development of new products or processes.
- Ensure the robustness and functionality of our components according to various assembly processes (automatic and manual)
- Provide manufacturing ranges and machine programmes for new products and series production
- Provide the different reference states and formalise the know-how
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Participate in the business strategy as well as its implementation in production
- Participate in the continuous improvement strategy
- Participate in the acquisition of new processes
Profile Sought
- Swiss HES Engineer training or ES Technician diploma in microtechnology, micromechanics, automation or industrial systems
- Multi-disciplinary skills in mechanics, automation, programming, vision, special machine parameterisation required
- Technical expertise in brazing and welding processes an asset
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving special machine malfunctions appreciated
- Knowledge of industrial and/or watchmaking manufacturing methods an asset
- Analytical and synthetic mind, proactive and hands-on approach
- Good communication skills with various stakeholders and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Team spirit and interpersonal ease
- Autonomy, rigour, proactivity
