Job Description
Within the Energy Directorate (DGE-DIREN), whose mission includes promoting energy savings in the building sector, you will ensure the administrative follow-up of cross-cutting files of the Energy Efficiency Division (DGE-EFFI) and coordinate exchanges between stakeholders. You will act as the point of contact for administrative services related to the Division's various activities and for its case managers.
Additionally, you will provide secretarial support to the Division Head, including managing their diary, organising meetings, and preparing and monitoring a schedule.
You will also handle the Division's administrative needs related to human resources management and ensure the required discretion in this matter.
As part of your duties, you will be called upon to carry out administrative projects for the Division and/or the Energy Directorate as a project leader or as a member of the project team.

Responsibilities
- Independently manage the administrative aspects of the Division's cross-cutting files;
- Provide the necessary administrative services for the smooth running of the Division and act as the point of contact in this area;
- Provide secretarial support to the Head of the Energy Efficiency Division;
- Manage the human resources administration of the Energy Efficiency Division for the Division Head in collaboration with the DGE-DIREN Directorate;
- Carry out projects for the Energy Efficiency Division and/or the DGE-DIREN.

Qualifications
- Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent qualification
- Additional training in executive secretarial work or project assistance, desirable
- Three years’ professional experience in executive secretarial work or project management
- Proficiency in office IT tools
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, with impeccable spelling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good resistance to stress and external demands
- Ability to work independently, with initiative, a sense of responsibility and proactivity
- Knowledge of SIEL software is an asset
