Electricity Forewoman or Foreman at Thermal Power Plants (80% to 100%)

For the Production Service, we are looking for an electrical forewoman or foreman at the thermal power plants.

Main Mission(s)

Ensure the maintenance and operation of district heating production plants

Guarantee the availability of all our production and distribution facilities

Replace the Head of the Electricity Section during their absences (management of 3 people)

Organise, supervise and control the team’s work

Keep the electrical documentation of the installations up to date

Ensure compliance with current safety standards for our installations and oversee adherence to occupational health and safety rules

Profile

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer or equivalent qualification

Boiler personnel course and installation authorisation according to art. 13 OIBT, required or willing to obtain

Federal thermist diploma, an advantage

Minimum 3 years of professional experience on an industrial site with troubleshooting practice

Professional experience in thermal production, desired

Proven professional experience in personnel management

Ability to perform work responsibly and autonomously

Team spirit, good interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office tools and knowledge of Autocad, CMMS

Special Conditions

Driving licence (category B)

On-call duty (about 6 to 8 weeks per year)

Residence within 30 minutes of the workplace (Pierre-de-Plan, Lausanne)
