Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialised in providing administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit an Investment Fund Officer fr-ang for a mission of at least 1 year with an international private bank.

Mission:

• Execution, subscription/redemption of funds and private equity and monitoring
• Coordination with fund administrators and brokers
• Monitoring instructions and accounting
• Management of pendings
• KYC review and account openings

Profile

• Banking CFC or higher diploma in Finance/Management
• Native French speaker and fluent English
• 3 to 5 years of successful experience in funds within a Swiss bank
• Good command of MS Office, advanced Excel, GTMatch, GTExchange
• Precise, organised, good team spirit and responsive
• Valid work permit in Switzerland and available quickly
