You process customer orders including framework orders and coordinate their complete handling.
Support of international customers and distributors with all order-related concerns.
Processing incoming enquiries as well as creating and following up on quotations.
Coordination of delivery dates with internal departments and external business partners.
Organisation of export and shipping orders including the necessary administrative processing.
Handling complaints, returns and RMA cases as well as corresponding documentation.
Maintenance of customer, order and master data in ERP and CRM systems.
Support of sales in sales projects as well as in administrative tasks in daily business.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification.
Further training in import/export is an advantage.
Several years of experience in customer service, internal sales or international order processing.
Good knowledge of export business and coordination of international deliveries.
Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Independent, precise and structured working style with a high sense of responsibility.
Strong customer orientation, resilience and confident communication in an international environment.
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form; other languages are welcome.
