Position:
This is a junior-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within trust and fiduciary administration.
Working within a Geneva-based, cross-jurisdictional team, the successful candidate will support the administration of private-client portfolios, trusts and corporate structures. The role is varied and hands-on, offering exposure to client matters, banking relationships, corporate administration and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities, to include but not limited to:
- Maintaining and organising electronic and physical client records.
- Monitoring key dates, deadlines and outstanding portfolio matters.
- Preparing payment instructions, banking documentation and KYC/AML information.
- Supporting bank account openings, maintenance and closures.
- Preparing routine corporate and fiduciary documents, including correspondence, minutes and resolutions.
- Assisting with company incorporations, closures and related corporate administration.
- Coordinating notarisation, legalisation and certification of documents.
- Liaising with banks, investment managers, lawyers, registered offices and other professional advisers.
- Supporting client due diligence, periodic reviews and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with AML/KYC, FATCA and CRS administration.
- Supporting investment-related matters and associated due diligence.
- Providing general support to senior members of the team and contributing to the smooth running of the wider office.

Profil recherché
Profile:
- Higher education qualification, commercial qualification or equivalent.
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, family office, banking, legal, corporate administration or a related client-facing environment.
- Broader administrative experience may also be considered for candidates demonstrating strong motivation to enter the sector.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Professional discretion when handling confidential client information.
- Strong written and spoken English; French would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Authorized to work in Switzerland
