Experienced High-End Watchmaking Polisher (M/F)

Our client is a company specialised in the finishing of high-end watch components. Renowned for its expertise and exacting standards, it supports the most prestigious players in the sector by guaranteeing each piece a quality level that meets the standards of Swiss Haute Horlogerie.

As part of its development, we are looking for a:

Your responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be to carry out the complete polishing of cases, middle cases, bezels, case backs and other complex watch components.

You master the various finishing techniques of Haute Horlogerie, including mirror polishing, black polishing, longitudinal and circular satin finishing, drawn lines, brightening as well as manual reworking of aesthetic surfaces.

Detail-oriented, you ensure compliance with geometries, volumes, radii and sharp angles to guarantee impeccable quality.

You also ensure the aesthetic control of the pieces, carry out necessary touch-ups and work closely with production workshops and quality control to meet the most demanding standards of Swiss Haute Horlogerie.

Your profile:

You have proven experience in polishing high-end watch components. Your background has enabled you to acquire perfect mastery of manual finishing and termination techniques, as well as solid experience with complex, high value-added pieces.

Endowed with a keen sense of surface conditions and perceived quality, you understand the high demands specific to prestigious watchmaking manufactures.

Your manual dexterity, patience and constant attention to detail allow you to produce finishes that meet the most exacting standards of Swiss Haute Horlogerie.
