For various clients, we are continuously seeking experienced HR Managers who support executives in operational and strategic personnel matters and act as sparring partners on an equal footing. The position offers the opportunity to actively shape HR solutions, accompany change processes, and significantly influence the future HR organisation in an international environment. We are looking for a personality with solid HR experience, who thinks solution-oriented and confidently drives complex issues forward.
- Accompanying organisational change processes and team development within the company
- Independently handling labour law matters and ensuring professional and legally compliant personnel work
- Supporting performance, talent, succession, and development topics as well as assisting in team development
- Actively shaping the HR organisation, participating in projects, and developing new HR solutions in collaboration with national and international HR functions
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Manager or in a comparable HR function required
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law is expected
- Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite
- Comprehensive experience in all phases of the employee lifecycle

Profile
- A successfully completed commercial basic training as well as a diploma from a university of applied sciences or college in Human Resources are necessary.- Several years of professional experience as an HR Manager or in a comparable HR function required
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law is expected
- Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite
- Comprehensive experience in all phases of the employee lifecycle
