Maintenance Specialist (M/F)
Location: Vernand, Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne
Contract: Permanent full-time (100%)

Your Mission
Reporting to the Buildings and Infrastructure Manager, you organise, carry out and coordinate the preventive, corrective and regulatory maintenance of the Foundation’s buildings and technical installations. You ensure their availability, safety, compliance and sustainability across all our sites.
Main tasks
- Multi-site maintenance (Vaud): Plan, carry out and monitor preventive, corrective and regulatory maintenance operations for buildings and technical installations.
- Intervention management: Receive, analyse, prioritise and schedule requests according to their criticality, safety issues and operational impact.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting: Identify faults, perform interventions and commission necessary specialists. Track tickets, deadlines, costs, reports and corrective actions until documented closure.
- CMMS and traceability: Ensure data quality and follow-up of tickets, histories, technical documents and dashboards.
- Contractors and works: Coordinate external companies, maintenance contracts, mandatory inspections, compliance upgrades as well as minor works and refurbishments.
- Collaboration: Organise work and interventions related to maintenance and collaborate with internal and external services.
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma in a technical building or maintenance field, or equivalent training; higher training as a maintenance technician is an asset.
- Proven experience in building and technical installation maintenance, ideally in an industrial and multi-site environment.
- Good general knowledge of HVAC, sanitation, fire safety and building envelope.
- Experience in organising work and interventions.
- Good command of Microsoft 365 tools, knowledge of a CMMS software is an asset.
- Autonomy, sense of priorities, administrative rigour, ability to manage emergencies and occasional availability outside usual hours.
- Category B driving licence and mobility across sites.
