Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the development of strategic IT solutions dedicated to academic management. You will be involved from requirements analysis through to integration and configuration of solutions, coordinating with business teams, IT, and external partners.

Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs and translate them into functional and application requirements.
- Design and write general and detailed functional specifications.
- Challenge business needs and propose solutions adapted to product standards.
- Configure and adapt application solutions according to identified needs.
- Conduct detailed analyses and prototypes to validate proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain a roadmap focused on results and business priorities.
- Prepare estimates, planning, and various project deliverables.
- Organise and support testing phases and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate internal stakeholders: business users, IT teams, architects, and application managers.
- Manage interactions with service providers and external partners in Switzerland and internationally.
- Identify risks and dependencies and regularly communicate project progress.
- Support the integration of market solutions into the existing information system.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role.
- Concrete and essential experience in configuring application solutions.
- Experience in integrating software packages, SaaS solutions, or market applications.
- Strong mastery of requirements analysis and writing functional specifications.
- Experience with testing processes, functional tests, and UAT.
- Good experience in IT project management, roadmap tracking, risk, and planning.
- Ability to challenge needs and work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, communication, and simplification skills.
- Autonomy, rigour, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- An Agile, project management, or HERMES certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English, level C1 or equivalent.
