Domestic Violence Project Manager

At the heart of gender equality issues, you contribute to the implementation of the cantonal public policy to combat domestic violence and violence against women. While managing projects, you support the project managers of the Office and facilitate the coordination of their initiatives. At the interface between analysis, project management and communication, you help transform prevention objectives into concrete actions, in collaboration with network partners.

• Manage medium-scale projects, define their structure and stages, and ensure compliance with objectives, deadlines and allocated resources.

• Collaborate with the Office's project managers on the implementation of major projects, notably by drafting reports and monitoring documents.

• Contribute to awareness campaigns, public events and information actions on violence prevention and equality.

• Research and analyse information, establish inter-cantonal or international comparisons, collect and update statistical data.

• Lead working groups and sessions and present projects to relevant audiences.

• Participate in organising and coordinating events, as well as in the operational functioning of the Office.

• Higher education, ideally complemented by a project management certification.

• 2 years of project management experience; experience in communication or awareness-raising is desirable.

• Good analytical and synthesis skills, organisational sense, autonomy and initiative.

• Proven ability to work in a team and establish constructive collaborations.

• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
