Established in the Canton of Geneva for over 40 years, the TJCA architectural office operates throughout Switzerland with a diverse clientele, notably in the fields of hospitality, offices, retail, housing, and renovation.
With a team of around thirty collaborators, our office supports its clients through all stages of a project, from design to completion.
As part of the development of our team, we are looking for a
Building Draughtsperson – Architecture Orientation
MISSION
Within our team and in collaboration with architects and project managers, you will participate in the various phases of development and realisation of our projects.
Your main tasks will include:
- Preparing and updating architectural plans at different project stages.
- Developing execution plans and construction details.
- Contributing to the preparation of building permit applications.
- Conducting site surveys and ensuring their graphical transcription.
- Participating in the research and development of technical and construction solutions.
- Assisting architects and project managers in preparing tender and construction dossiers.
- Occasionally participating in project monitoring and coordination during the construction phase.
You will be involved in varied projects and progressively develop your autonomy and skills within the office.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Federal VET Diploma as a building draughtsperson, architecture orientation, or equivalent qualification.
- Good command of CAD software, particularly AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit and/or BIM tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction principles and interest in technical details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent French.
- Knowledge of English and/or German is an asset.
- Motivated, curious, rigorous, and organised individual.
- Eager to learn, progress, and develop skills.
- Good team spirit and ease in communication with various project stakeholders.
Previous professional experience is appreciated, but the position is also open to recent graduates wishing to start their professional journey in an office where they can learn, progress, and gain autonomy.
CONTRACT TYPE
- Work rate: 100%.
- Workplace: Geneva.
- Start date: as soon as possible.
- Permanent contract.
