100% Permanent Works Director (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical, administrative and organisational management of construction sites
• Plan, coordinate and supervise the various stakeholders throughout the projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and participate in project preparation
• Manage tenders, submissions and awards
• Prepare and monitor building permit applications
• Develop execution files, plans and technical details
• Guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines and defined quality standards

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a building draughtsman supplemented by training as a works director, ES technician or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in works management within an architectural office, general contractor or total contractor in Switzerland
• Mastery of construction processes and various execution phases
• Excellent organisational, anticipatory and priority management skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate different trades
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit
