Within the department dedicated to institutional clients, you provide essential support to the team by ensuring the smooth running of administrative activities and the follow-up of client relationships. A true trusted person, you contribute to the fluidity of exchanges and the proper functioning of the service.
Institutional Client Assistant (80 to 100%) – Permanent Position
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide daily administrative support to the head of the department.
- Organise and coordinate appointments, sessions and events, while ensuring effective priority management.
- Prepare the necessary documents for meetings, write minutes and ensure follow-up on decided actions.
- Update tracking tables, produce statistics and participate in activity reporting.
- Design, adapt and update various administrative, commercial and presentation materials.
- Ensure the quality and formatting of letters, offers and other documents intended for clients.
- Respond to requests from institutional clients and ensure the administrative follow-up of their files.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure efficient handling of requests.
Profile
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
- First successful experience in an administrative, commercial assistant or client support role.
- Good command of German, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent writing skills in French and ease with office tools.
- Organised, rigorous person capable of managing several priorities simultaneously.
- Service-oriented, discreet and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit, autonomy and proactivity in following up files.
