Our client, an established company in the industry, is seeking an accounting clerk (m/f/d) due to a retirement. The position offers comprehensive training by the current incumbent as well as diverse tasks in accounts payable and receivable, payment transactions, and closing work. - Posting of bank transactions and performing account reconciliations
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Preparation of VAT returns and expense control
- Professional experience in finance/accounting (at least 3 years)
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration required
- Very good German skills, additional languages are advantageous
- Very good Excel skills as well as SAP knowledge or willingness to learn required
- Participation in external training courses

Responsibilities
- Execution of payment runs and dunning management- Posting of bank transactions and performing account reconciliations

Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in finance (e.g. accounting clerk)- Professional experience in finance/accounting (at least 3 years)
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration required
- Very good German skills, additional languages are advantageous
- Very good Excel skills as well as SAP knowledge or willingness to learn required
