We are looking for a professional who already has practical experience in payroll processing, salary administration or withholding tax in Switzerland.
This opportunity is particularly suitable for people who have worked within an accounting firm, a payroll department, a personnel administration team or a similar environment.
- Ensure the execution and operational follow-up of processes related to withholding tax
- Perform checks, reconciliations and analyses to guarantee the accuracy of salary data
- Analyse discrepancies, identify anomalies and propose corrective actions
- Produce and maintain regular reports using Excel
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure compliance and data quality
What you bring
- Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent training
- Experience in an administrative, financial, payroll or tax environment
- Good understanding of accounting principles and excellent numerical skills
- Experience gained in an accounting firm, salary administration, payroll or salary taxation, including exposure to Swiss withholding tax
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to manage operational tasks requiring precision and meeting deadlines
- Fluent French and professional English
