About the job
We are looking for a rigorous, methodical, and results-oriented person to ensure the operational execution of processes related to withholding tax, payroll, administrative controls, and reporting. This position is aimed at a profile with strong accounting and analytical logic, capable of handling large volumes of data accurately and contributing to the reliability of financial operations.
At the heart of activities related to withholding tax and payroll, you will play an essential role in performing controls, reconciliations, analyses, and monitoring legal obligations. Thanks to your mastery of Excel and your interest in data analysis and automation, you will help improve data quality, strengthen controls, and optimise process efficiency.
This role suits someone who enjoys execution activities, consistency checks, and detailed work on figures. You are comfortable with recurring tasks requiring rigour and precision, while being able to identify anomalies, analyse discrepancies, and participate in the continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Ensure the operational execution and monitoring of processes related to withholding tax
- Perform controls, reconciliations, and analyses to guarantee the accuracy of payroll data
- Analyse discrepancies, identify anomalies, and propose corrective actions
- Produce and maintain regular reports using Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Automate data processing and recurring controls using Python
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure compliance and data quality
- Participate in projects for optimisation, standardisation, and digitalisation of processes
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations
What you bring
- Commercial employee CFC, accounting training or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative, financial, payroll, or tax environment
- Good understanding of accounting principles and excellent numerical skills
- Knowledge of Swiss withholding tax highly appreciated
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, data lookup, complex analyses)
- Knowledge of Python applied to automation, analysis, or data processing (an asset)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High rigour, sense of control, and quality orientation
- Ability to manage operational tasks requiring precision and meeting deadlines
- Fluent French; professional English is an advantage
