• Telephone reception and management of emails/letters
• Entry and monitoring of staff hours, expenses and employee data
• Management of orders, files and archiving
• Monitoring of repairs, interventions and technical teams
• Management and updating of data in SAP
• Support for invoicing and project monitoring
• Preparation and management of administrative and technical documents
• Coordination with technicians, clients and various departments
