For our client, a successful industrial company in the Wetzikon area, we are looking for a responsible individual as:

Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 60%

Is payroll your passion?

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Payroll processing for 5-6 locations with a total of around 400 employees
• Checking and partly modifying master and payroll data up to the monthly payroll, including the creation and posting of DTA files
• Responsible for correct registrations and deregistrations with social institutions as well as handling and monitoring accident and illness cases
• Preparing and checking social insurance statements including their annual accounts
• Account reconciliations

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally further training in payroll and/or HR
• Professional experience in payroll and understanding of Swiss social insurances
• Sound knowledge of ABACUS
• Accounting knowledge in the context of account reconciliations
• Reliable, efficient, proactive, and independent working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, other languages are an advantage
