Payroll Specialist (Maternity Cover)
Location: Zurich
Workload: 80-100%
Start Date: From November/December 2026, until the end of July 2027
- Independently manage payroll administration for a single division of KPMG (onboarding/offboarding, workload adjustments, address changes, etc.)
- Handle social and personal insurance cases (accident, illness, family allowances, EO-MSE-VSE)
- Support the monthly payroll processing including payment runs and accounting (including withholding tax processing)
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Advise KPMG employees on questions regarding salary and social insurance
- Prepare various reports
How You Advance KPMG
Why You Are Successful
- Completed commercial training and/or further education in payroll or social insurance
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR/payroll, preferably in a service company
- Proficient in MS Office and practical experience with PeopleSoft applications is an advantage
- Independent, precise and punctual working style
- Committed and team-oriented personality
- Fluent German skills and very good English skills (at least B1 spoken and written)
