Your working environment
The Youth Home Aarburg is an institution for the enforcement of civil and juvenile criminal law measures. It accommodates male adolescents and young adults who are at risk in their development. With pedagogical and therapeutic measures, the staff support the clients in integrating into the social order. In addition, specific educational and vocational offers provide a foundation for the young people and young adults to prepare for a self-responsible, offence-free life.
The progressive residential groups are shared living communities recognised by the Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) as a closed form of residence. They are intended for the age group of 15- to 19-year-old adolescents who undergo educational and vocational assessment after admission and then begin an individually tailored vocational training programme.
