Profile
- With a basic apprenticeship qualification (CFC) as a network electrician, you have several years of experience in site execution as a chief assembler.
- Federal diploma is an advantage.
- Comfortable using office software tools.
- Very good knowledge of electrical networks and analytical skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous, precise, customer- and solution-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity and team spirit.
- Good interpersonal skills and relationship abilities to manage your assembly team.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the experienced assembly team at the Martigny site, working in tandem with an experienced technical coordinator.
- You are tasked with planning the execution of assignments entrusted to you by your entity’s project managers to optimise your resources.
- You verify the technical feasibility of the project (duration, personnel resources) and the choice of appropriate logistical means.
- You prepare execution files in collaboration with project managers and monitor the sites, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring perfect communication with clients.
- You carry out commissioning and final site inspections with the site works manager; as well as preparing operational documentation.
- You ensure compliance with laws, ordinances, directives and standards regarding the ESTI in collaboration with technical specialists; and are responsible for applying current safety regulations during execution.
