Your responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the Portfolio Management department within the Real Estate division
• Management of teams at the Küsnacht and Lausanne sites
• Development and implementation of the portfolio strategy
• Steering the portfolio in terms of performance, business plans, investments, etc.
• Representation of the owner with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

• University-level degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business management,
  real estate economics, architecture, civil engineering or finance
• Management experience in a comparable environment
• Several years of professional experience in portfolio management, asset management
  or real estate investment management, including the development and implementation of
  portfolio and asset strategies
• In-depth understanding of real estate valuation
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
• Convincing personality, with strong leadership, natural authority and a strong
  presence, as well as excellent communication skills between German-speaking Switzerland and
  French-speaking Switzerland, specialisation areas and hierarchical levels
