As a provider of solutions related to measuring and improving the energy and environmental impact of real estate portfolios, Signa-Terre SA brings together expertise in information technology, architecture, engineering, and energy management in the built environment. As part of the development of our activity with property management companies and owners, we are looking for the following for our Geneva branch:

Service-oriented, you enjoy client contact and know how to establish a relationship of trust thanks to your listening and communication skills. Interested in the technical and energy challenges of buildings, you wish to apply or develop your skills in a constantly evolving sector.

Meticulous, organised, and autonomous, you manage your tasks efficiently and are perfectly comfortable with IT tools. You hold a relevant higher or technical education appropriate for the position (Bachelor HES/EPF, ES diploma, CFC with additional training or an equivalent qualification).

Beyond your background, your motivation, commitment, and desire to contribute to stimulating projects will make the difference.

Your additional assets:

• Training or specialisation in energy, environmental technologies, or building technology
• Previous experience in smart metering
• Knowledge of the Swiss real estate sector (property management companies, owners)
• You are bilingual (German, Swiss German / French)

Your daily job:

You will work within a dynamic team supporting property owners and management companies in the energy monitoring of their buildings, reducing their CO2 emissions, and achieving their sustainability goals.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse buildings located throughout French-speaking Switzerland and will notably carry out the following tasks:

• Setting up and administratively monitoring new mandates and buildings;
• Checking, validating, and analysing consumption data for all energy flows (heating oil, gas, electricity, domestic hot water, solar and water);
• Preparing and analysing energy balances as well as identifying consumption anomalies;
• Writing energy monitoring reports;
• Presenting energy balances, analysis reports, and improvement recommendations to clients.

Additionally, you may also support our clients in defining their ESG strategy, provide training on the use of our solutions, and regularly present new services and developments offered by the company.
