We are looking for a Technical Customer Advisor (m/f) for an established company to strengthen the customer service team. The position offers a responsible interface between customers and service technicians with a variety of tasks ranging from telephone advice to coordination. - Handling customer enquiries regarding faults and spare parts
- Preparation of quotations for maintenance
- Communication with international branches
- Responsibility for SAP applications and logistics monitoring in service
- High technical understanding
- Fluent German skills as well as English skills are required
- Independent and structured working method under pressure necessary
- SAP knowledge and French are desirable
- Collaboration with motivated professionals in a team-oriented environment
