Real Estate Asset Manager 80-100%
Your tasks
You define the strategies for the buildings ensuring fairness and respect for the values of Zivag Gérances SA. You manage and monitor the real estate portfolios in terms of performance, risk, valuation and development, and define and implement optimisation measures. This responsible role, with a strong strategic dimension, also includes market and economic analyses that underpin investment and divestment decisions. As part of your duties, you will sit on the management board of Zivag Gérances SA and, together with your colleague, be responsible for French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
Your background
- You have a higher education in real estate management / Certified Real Estate Administrator DF / CAS in real estate valuation
- You have experience as a Real Estate Asset Manager / Portfolio Manager and know the Swiss real estate market.
- With a strong analytical mind and great strategic thinking ability, you are highly committed to your work and strongly service-oriented.
- You have excellent spoken and written French and good knowledge of German. Some knowledge of Italian would be an asset.
