Responsibilities:
Design, engineering and operation of the ICT infrastructure with Windows Server administration, AD Active Directory, GPO, MS Exchange and MS SCCM
Further development and monitoring of network, storage and security infrastructures including DNS, DHCP and firewall
Technical design and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment as well as implementation of strategic infrastructure projects
Professional and personnel management of a system engineering team as well as coordination of external ICT partners
Management of ICT projects and responsibility for ITIL-based service management processes and their further development
Qualifications:
Education in computer science at HF/FH level as well as solid experience as an IT system engineer in complex ICT infrastructures
Very good knowledge of Microsoft system environments, network, security, server, storage and infrastructure technologies
Leadership experience as well as competence in IT service management and ITIL
Experience in project management; relevant Microsoft and project management certifications are an advantage
Independent and methodical working style as well as strong communication, customer and solution orientation
