Set-Up Operator for Gear Cutting on Wahli and/or Strausak Machines

Your mission

Within the production workshop, you will ensure the set-up, start-up and monitoring of the manufacture of high-precision components on gear cutting machines using Wahli and/or Strausak machine technologies

Your responsibilities

• Set up and operate Wahli W90 and W91 machines.
• Ensure start-ups and series changes.
• Check the conformity of produced parts.
• Carry out dimensional and visual self-inspections.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety and productivity standards.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Perform first-level maintenance of equipment.

Your profile

• Proven experience on Wahli W90 or W91 gear cutting machines.
• Experience in precision industry, ideally watchmaking or mechanical.
• Good command of reading technical drawings.
• Regular use of measuring instruments.
• Autonomous, rigorous and conscientious person.
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
