About the Role

Our client, a large-scale company in Geneva, is looking for someone to manage an LMS training platform as part of a replacement. You will join a small team that will train you on their Docebo tool so that you can take charge and ensure the smooth management of the online training system as well as guarantee an optimal experience for its users.

Tasks

• Ensure the updating and quality of data on the Docebo platform
• Manage CSV file imports and exports and track them via Excel
• Administer users, groups, and training plans
• Handle user requests
• Resolve common issues and support the training services
• Maintain and update information on SharePoint

We Are Looking For

• You hold a qualification in the field of training or IT
• You have initial experience in LMS platform administration
• You have a good command of Excel (filters, tables, data management, etc.)
• You are available quickly and for the long term
