Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)

The E4 and E5 surgical services, located on our Delémont site, care for patients requiring interventions in various specialties such as visceral surgery, urology, and traumatology. Our multidisciplinary teams ensure optimal and personalised follow-up throughout the care pathway.

To complete the staff on our Delémont site, we are looking, for a fixed term from 1 September 2026 to at least the end of December 2026, for a:

Responsibilities

- Provide basic and specific care under the supervision of nursing staff, as well as delegated medical acts according to current protocols.

- Participate in supporting patients in daily living activities.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.

- Deliver individualised, relational, technical care and logistical activities.

- Document interventions and observations in the patient record.

Qualifications

- Federal VET Diploma as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or an equivalent qualification.

- Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas.

- Experience in a hospital setting, ideally in surgery, is an asset.

- Adaptability, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.

- Availability for irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
