To strengthen our Pension Fund management team based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a Second Pillar Benefits Manager (m/f).
Responsibilities
- Analyse and process benefit cases related to disability and death
- Analyse and process affiliation requests (health questionnaires)
- Examine and assess medical documents
- Calculate, implement and monitor pensions, including child pensions
- Manage payment releases of contributions
- Inform insured persons about their rights and ensure coordination with various social institutions
- Apply current legal and regulatory provisions
Your profile
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of proven experience in case management, ideally in occupational pension schemes, with a strong interest in benefits processing
- The federal diploma as a social insurance specialist is an asset
- Comfortable with numbers and perfect command of French, both spoken and written
- Quick-witted, fast learner with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous, responsible and autonomous in work
- Service-oriented, good emotional management and excellent team spirit
