Accounting Assistant - (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a major player and recognised leader in the market. We are looking for an accounting assistant (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment based in Bussigny.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the management of the main accounting by applying the defined internal procedures and respecting processing deadlines.
• Be responsible for payment operations by preparing, checking and validating payment orders according to the instructions received.
• Carry out the monitoring, participation and control of daily accounting operations to ensure the accuracy of recorded data.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closings by preparing the necessary entries and verifying the relevant accounts.
• Handle tasks related to debtor and creditor accounting, including the entry and checking of customer and supplier invoices.
• Participate in account closing by gathering supporting documents, checking balances and assisting with reconciliations.

Profile

• You hold a commercial employee CFC and have proven experience in accounting. You are comfortable with numbers and structured administrative processes.
• You work with precision and pay particular attention to detail.
• You enjoy teamwork and collaboration with different departments.
• You are able to manage several tasks simultaneously while respecting deadlines.
