Senior IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

Support of customer environments in 1st and 2nd level support via remote access or on site
Planning, control and coordination of IT projects as well as technical implementations
Installation and configuration of workstations, servers and cloud solutions
Administration, maintenance and optimisation of firewall systems
Monitoring, operation and continuous development of IT infrastructures at customers
Qualifications:
Experience in customer support and technical IT support
Practical experience in IT project management, system administration and infrastructure support
Knowledge of server, cloud and firewall technologies
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as independent and goal-oriented working style
Very good German and good to very good English skills, driving licence category B
