Job Description
- Ensure the coordination of services related to employee mobility (organisation of relocations, management of arrivals and departures, medical visits, spouse support, management of tax procedures, etc.).
- Manage social security detachment procedures in collaboration with various internal stakeholders and relevant external organisations.
- Ensure the proper handling of family allowance files by the HR department, then oversee the integration of these allowances into the payroll process.
- Ensure the correct completion of registrations and deregistrations with social organisations by the HR department.
- Carry out the affiliation of employees to pension, social security, and provident organisations.
Profile Sought
- You are recognised for your rigour and ability to provide constant follow-up, with good ease in managing frequent requests through various channels.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, or an equivalent with a validated HR certification.
- You have at least 2 years of significant experience in international mobility and/or human resources management.
- You demonstrate responsiveness, reliability, rigour, and a strong sense of customer service.
- You are fluent in French and have a good level of English (equivalent to Cambridge B2 level).
- You are comfortable with common IT tools and use them effectively.
