Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Independent management of projects or subprojects
• Professional support of the Finance Department in interdisciplinary and company-wide projects
• Development of comprehensive business analyses and practical solution and implementation concepts
• Translation of professional requirements into modern digital solutions at the interface of finance and IT
• Active participation in digital further development as well as support of transformation processes and implementation measures

What You Bring to This Position

• Solid project management experience (HERMES, IPMA) and proof of successfully implemented cross-departmental projects
• Analytical, conceptual and methodical thinking combined with open, appreciative and target group-oriented communication
• A higher education in business informatics or business administration with a strong IT affinity
• Industry knowledge in the Swiss healthcare sector as well as knowledge in finance and accounting or controlling is an advantage
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form and proficient use of MS-365 applications and ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
