As a Product Manager for injection systems, you are the central interface between various departments and accompany our products throughout their entire lifecycle. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams, customers from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, as well as sales, contributing to the successful market positioning of innovative solutions. In doing so, you combine technical understanding with customer orientation, strategic thinking, and a pronounced hands-on mentality.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Central interface function between various departments with active participation in the development of variants for injection systems (autoinjectors)
• Technical leadership within interdisciplinary teams as well as responsibility for assigned product variants after their market launch
• Ensuring smooth information flow between internal teams and B2B customers from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
• Representing customer requirements in projects as well as active stakeholder management
• Independent analysis and resolution of diverse challenges – from technical and quality-related issues to logistical and commercial questions
• Supporting sales with business opportunities and conducting training on product positioning, competitive advantages, value proposition, and technical product features
• Coordination and implementation of product changes and optimisations (e.g. change control and CAPAs)
• Ensuring product profitability and contributing to high customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Initial professional experience (at least 2 years) in product management, project management, business development, or a comparable interface function – ideally in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, combined with a proactive hands-on mentality
• Ability to combine technical, commercial, and customer-related requirements and derive clear priorities from them
• Structured, independent working style with high organisational skills; experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
• Technical understanding or interest in complex technical topics as well as very good German (C1) and English skills (C1)
