Role:
Our Rocken partner is an internationally active industrial company with a Swiss location and many years of experience in mechanical engineering. The company develops and produces high-quality technical solutions for demanding industrial applications and stands for precision, quality and innovation.
Responsibilities:
You enter quotes and orders into the system and process them until completion.
You prepare the necessary documents for timely shipping processing.
You check customs-relevant information and coordinate the necessary clearance steps.
You reliably handle debtor administration including invoices, payment reminders and credit notes.
You document customer complaints and coordinate further processing.
As a contact person on the phone, you answer general questions and handle incoming concerns.
You check the completeness of customer and order data and correct discrepancies.
For internal queries regarding orders, deliveries and invoices, you coordinate the necessary clarifications.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
You have professional experience in internal sales, export or order administration.
You are familiar with the common processes in international goods shipping and the associated documents.
You work in a structured and independent manner and prioritise sensibly.
You present yourself in a friendly and courteous manner in customer contact.
You are team-oriented, flexible and keep an overview even with several parallel tasks.
You communicate confidently in writing and speaking in German and English.
Additional language skills facilitate the support of international customers.
