Look forward to exciting tasks:
- Build the portfolio management for infrastructure projects in the Engineering division within the IWB Networks business field and sustainably establish it with uniform processes, standards and suitable tools.
- Review, evaluate and prioritise project proposals and develop the basis for investment and implementation decisions.
- Manage the entire infrastructure project portfolio using KPIs and reporting, illustrate dependencies and synergies, identify risks early and initiate optimisation measures.
- Plan financial resources and available capacities across the project portfolio and jointly manage the budget process with Controlling.
- Shape cross-divisional collaboration with Asset Management, Network Services and other specialist departments and anchor portfolio management within the organisation.
This is how you make us even better:
- Several years of experience in project and portfolio management, e.g. in construction or industrial environments, and enthusiasm for designing and further developing structures and processes.
- Completed university degree in business administration or business informatics, ideally complemented by further training in portfolio management.
- You are very familiar with PPM tools and bring experience in their application and further development.
- You quickly grasp complex requirements, set priorities and make confident decisions.
- With your transparent and cooperative style, you succeed in involving different stakeholders and driving forward joint solutions.
