HR Business Partner 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner to support approximately 15 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and the French-speaking region.

Your main tasks:

• Independent support of around 300-400 employees in all personnel-related matters as a competent contact person.

• Preparation of work references, employment contracts, contract amendments and terminations taking into account the current legal situation

• Conducting difficult conversations

• Comprehensive personnel support from A to Z, from entry to exit. (no payroll)

• Advising and supporting managers in all HR-relevant issues

• Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements and LGAV Gastronomy guidelines

• Support in recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees

• Regular visits to the various locations

What do I need to be successful?

• Very good French skills or bilingualism (German/French) in spoken and written form for the professional support of the French-speaking locations and employees

• Solid SAP knowledge

• Experience in a comparable position as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or in a similar personnel consulting role

• Strong communication skills and negotiation ability, especially in challenging conversation situations

• Independent, structured and pragmatic way of working
