We invite applications for open-rank faculty positions from individuals with a strong track record in teaching, research, and securing funding. We welcome candidates from various disciplines, particularly those with expertise in service operations, digitalization, hospitality management, healthcare, finance, accounting, and luxury management.
What will you do?
- Developing diversified teaching approaches to cater to a broad range of learners, and pedagogical solutions which result in the customization and personalization of learning experiences, including digitalization for teaching and learning.
- Research: Active engagement in thought leadership, including publication (peer-reviewed academic & practitioner journals and books) and development of pedagogical material (cases, simulations, and exercises).
Who you are?
- PhD in a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate or master level.
- You can fluently teach in English, and preferably also in French.
- You have a demonstrated interest in (applied) research and a good publication record.
- You have a demonstrated interest in developing diversified teaching approaches to cater to a broad range of learners, and pedagogical solutions which result in the customization and personalization of learning experiences, including digitalization for teaching and learning.
- You have such a team spirit that you put your individual interest at the service of the collective purpose, because sharing is caring.
