Your tasks
As part of your role, you support the project manager in the operational management of the transformation of the common application for financial and administrative monitoring of research projects and service deliveries (AGP-SageX) by participating in the definition of the operating model, the revision of regulations, directives and reference frameworks, and the production of reports for governance bodies. You organise workshops, testing phases and information or consultation sessions with stakeholders.
You are also responsible for implementing the communication plan and change management: you design the content of various media (web pages, newsletters, etc.), distribute newsletters and organise user training.
Finally, you provide occasional support for the management of the tool’s operation, notably through updating directives, clean-ups (projects, rights, etc.) and supporting the administrative follow-up of the group of business correspondents.
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor of Science from a university of applied sciences or an equivalent qualification. A Bachelor of Science in business informatics is an advantage;
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in project management. Project management certifications are an advantage;
- You have experience in communication and change management;
- You are familiar with the Swiss academic landscape.

- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
- You are proficient with office tools in the M365 environment.
Work rate: 60%
Contract duration: fixed-term contract until 31 December 2028
Start date: 1 January 2027
Workplace: Lausanne or Delémont with possible travel in French-speaking Switzerland
