Our client is a recognised Swiss company, specialised in industrial electrical installations, automation, maintenance and technical solutions for demanding industrial environments.
As part of its development, our client is looking for a qualified Master Electrician (M/F) with a Federal Master Certificate to take responsibility for its branch located in Gland.
Your main duties will be as follows:
Ensure the technical and operational responsibility of the Gland branch.
Supervise and organise the daily activities of the teams.
Guarantee the successful completion of electrical projects, from study to installation acceptance.
Plan the human and material resources necessary for the various sites.
Manage, support and develop the branch employees.
Be the technical reference point for clients, partners and internal teams.
Develop and maintain commercial relationships with existing clients.
Participate in acquiring new projects and developing the client portfolio.
Prepare and validate offers, quotes and tenders.
Ensure financial monitoring of projects and oversee their profitability.
Guarantee compliance with electrical standards, notably OIBT requirements.
Ensure the quality of installations as well as adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Participate in site meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and the company’s quality standards.
Your profile:
You hold a Federal Master Electrician certificate.
You have proven experience in the electrical field in Switzerland.
You have experience in team management and leading electrical projects.
You are familiar with Swiss standards, especially OIBT requirements.
You possess good knowledge of industrial and/or tertiary electrical installations.
Experience in demanding industrial environments (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, infrastructure, ATEX zones) is required!
You are comfortable with administrative, financial and commercial management of an activity.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build trust with clients.
You are autonomous, organised and solution-oriented.
You hold a category B driving licence.
