Your tasks
- Client support and communication as well as ensuring basic provision;
- Managing client administration;
- Data entry and file management in KLIBnet;
- Accompanying integration measures;
- Preparing cost approvals; decisions and conditions;
- Interface with internal and external partners (written and oral);
- Constructive, transparent and efficient collaboration with internal and external contacts;
- No influence on the asylum procedure.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, social insurance case management or social support with a Federal Certificate of Competence, with at least 5 years of professional experience;
- Good IT user skills (MS Office) – KlibNet knowledge is an advantage;
- Reliable, precise and independent working style;
- Flexible, resilient and accustomed to acting independently, networked and customer-oriented;
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, native speaker or with language certificate level C2; additional foreign languages are an advantage;
- Experience in care;
- Experience in administration;
- Empathetic, loyal and transparent;
- Respect for human dignity and integrity regardless of origin, religion and gender;
- Sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data;
- Willingness to work weekend and public holiday shifts (without night duty).
