Job Description

As part of the development of our Italian restaurant, we are looking for a Versatile Catering Employee, comfortable in the kitchen and in direct contact with customers. A sommelier capable of ensuring service. You will work closely with the manager of the establishment.

Your Tasks

• Sommelier
• Participation in simple culinary preparations (mise en place, assembling dishes)
• Support the manager in daily operations
• Taking orders at the counter
• Cash handling and managing customer flow
• Welcoming and advising customers
• Maintaining cleanliness and strict compliance with hygiene standards

Your Profile

• Proven experience in kitchen or catering
• Very comfortable with customer contact, developed sense of service
• Fluency in French (spoken essential)
• Dynamic, organised, reliable person
• Ability to manage pace during busy periods
• Team spirit and positive attitude
