About the role

For our client, a public authority, we are seeking an Environmental Technician for information gathering and report writing tasks. You will play a key role in implementing the new water protection law by collaborating with various public and private stakeholders.

This hybrid role combines technical field inspections with rigorous administrative follow-up to ensure the canton’s environmental compliance.

Tasks

• Conducting field inspections to document regulatory compliance
• Entering collected data into IT tools and databases
• Writing inspection reports
• Administrative follow-up of files and non-compliances

We are looking for

• Technical training (CFC, ES Technician or HES Engineer)
• Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an asset
• Good command of IT tools
• Category B driving licence
• Immediate availability
• Organised, assertive & respectful personality
