Business Analysis & UX Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take on the analysis, development and validation of functional and non-functional requirements and document the relationships between processes, structures, data and user interfaces for modern ICT solutions. You plan and conduct workshops, apply user research methods and specify solutions regarding user guidance, information architecture and navigation structure, including prototypes and usability tests. In addition, you are responsible for internal project management in close collaboration with clients and the software development team and accompany the integration of AI, for example within the framework of AI hackathons. Furthermore, you prepare projects, references and offers for various communication channels and contribute to the planning of marketing campaigns, events and customer occasions. With your strategic perspective, you support the further development of the market presence and sales measures, thus making a significant contribution to the visibility of the services.
Responsibilities:
Planning and conducting user research and workshops as well as developing UX/UI concepts, prototypes, information architectures and navigation structures.
Analysis and validation of professional requirements as well as documentation of the relationships between processes, structures, data and user interfaces.
Project management and organisation of IT projects in close coordination with customers and software development teams including internal tests and usability tests.
Consulting on AI integration and supporting customers in innovative formats such as AI hackathons.
Co-design of marketing, communication and sales through technical content, references, customer stories, newsletters, social media posts, campaigns and events.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and UX engineering in an agile project environment.
Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent, team-oriented and entrepreneurial working style with strong organisational talent.
Knowledge of common UX methods and tools, especially UCD, contextual inquiry, personas, mockups, prototyping, usability testing, Figma and AI-supported design tools.
Degree from a university, ETH or university of applied sciences in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable field; experience in marketing and corporate communications is an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
