Technical Service Employee (Electrician, Sanitary/Heating or Facility Maintenance Specialist)

Within our Building Management department, the Technical Service Airport is responsible for troubleshooting technical systems. Our 16-member team consists of electricians, polymechanics, sanitary specialists, as well as technicians for heating, ventilation & plant construction. For our team, we are looking for a technically skilled, experienced and personable individual as a Technical Service Employee Airport.

Your job destination

• You are responsible for locating and resolving faults in the airport-specific infrastructure as well as in the extensive building services systems. You carry out initial diagnoses, prioritise orders and independently initiate immediate measures.
• As the first point of contact in case of faults, your competent and service-oriented manner is appreciated.
• With your diagnostic skills, you contribute to high system availability and short downtimes.
• Your active communication with our customers and specialist services ensures a functioning flow of information.
• You consciously work cross-trade and support the team beyond your original area of expertise.
• To ensure smooth operation 365 days a year, you perform early and late shifts between 04:30 and 23:00 as well as on-call duty.

Your skills in your luggage

• You have completed training as an electrician, sanitary technician, facility maintenance specialist or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in building technology, possess broad technical understanding and are willing to familiarise yourself with other trades.
• You have experience in troubleshooting or maintenance and bring a broad technical interest and willingness to learn other trades.
• Ideally, you already have experience analysing faults and processing service orders.
• You hold the NIV15 permit or are willing to obtain it.
• You enjoy working in a team, are solution-oriented and have pleasant manners. You enjoy contact with customers.
• Your very good German language skills, both spoken and written, help you communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• You hold a category B driving licence and can reach the airport within one hour by car in case of on-call duty.
