IMAD is a pioneering and reference institution in home care in the canton of Geneva. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to more than 18,000 patients of all ages, nearly 50% of whom are under 80 years old.

Assistant Advisor for Home Security Clients
Missions and responsibilities
50% Customer response
Respond to requests and inquiries from clients of the autonomy technologies service. These are mainly elderly people benefiting from a home security system, as well as a small proportion of hearing-impaired persons benefiting from light signalling.
25% Security device verification
Under supervision, carry out simple checks of the telealarm device at beneficiaries’ homes. Verify the security device in place with our clients. Contact clients to ensure the security system is still appropriate, that the list of responders in case of emergency call is relevant, and that administrative data is up to date.
25% Heatwave plan
Identify clients most vulnerable to risks during the summer period to prepare the heatwave plan for the following summer.
Qualifications
- Comfort with common IT tools, especially Excel
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, particularly in communication with elderly people
- Interest in new technologies.
