Order Processing and PPS Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical security and building solutions. The company develops and sells high-quality systems for professional use and supports its customers with individual solutions and comprehensive expertise. Responsibilities:
Coordination of manufacturing and customer orders taking into account available capacities
Maintenance and verification of master data and order information in the ERP system
Identifying, coordinating, and communicating schedule deviations
Tracking ongoing production orders and updating their status
Handling inquiries from production and order processing in first-level support
Collaboration with purchasing, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing
Participation in process improvements and digitalisation projects
Deputising in the planning team and supporting procurement matters
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
Practical experience in PPS, scheduling, or industrial order processing
Further training in production planning, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
Good understanding of production processes and operational contexts
Structured organisation and independent working style
Clear communication and reliable cooperation with internal departments
Very good German skills; additional language skills are welcome
