Intern HR Marketing and Recruitment

Tasks

• After an introduction, you will assist with the central recruiting mailbox, triage enquiries and take on tasks in application administration.
• You create and publish job advertisements and assist with collective advertisements, unsolicited applications and candidate pools.
• You participate in the pre-selection of applications, conduct initial telephone checks and coordinate interviews and trial days.
• You assist with HR marketing measures, content, events as well as smaller projects and process improvements.
• You take on further administrative and organisational tasks in personnel recruitment, such as preparing payroll calculations, maintaining data and following up on open process steps.

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Interest in HR, personnel recruitment and HR marketing as well as the desire to gain practical experience in these areas
• Initial professional experience is an advantage; a started or planned further education in HR is welcome but not a requirement
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good PC user skills Careful and organised working style, enjoyment in contact with different people as well as initiative and reliability

The HR Marketing and Recruitment department is part of Human Resources and is responsible for personnel recruitment as well as topics around HR marketing, recruiting marketing and employer positioning. We work closely with the various HR specialist areas, the health centres and other internal departments.
