Your field of activity

• You actively shape the digital transformation of our HR system landscape and take on a key role in the introduction and further development of SAP SuccessFactors
• Together with the HR departments, you ensure the stable operation of our HR system landscape and are responsible for support, releases, tests, tool developments as well as the HR interface architecture
• You analyse professional requirements, develop digital solutions and coordinate their implementation together with HR, IT and external partners
• You lead sub-projects and sustainably drive the digitalisation and automation of HR processes forward

Your experience

• You have a completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification and have already gained experience in the field of HR IT and corporate service applications
• You have several years of experience in the operation and further development of HR systems, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. You bring experience in IT, digitalisation projects and are familiar with release, change and test management
• You think process- and solution-oriented, have a good technical understanding and can translate HR requirements into sustainable IT solutions
• You convince through an independent working style, pronounced communication skills and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders. You quickly find your way in complex corporate structures
